Nourish + Grow
My mission is quite simple, I want to help support families in creating a better everyday life!
Given my past 15+ years of experience working with families, and with children of disabilities; I have seen first hand how nourishing the body + eliminating nutritional deficiencies can positively impact not only a child’s well being but the whole family. This observation has guided me in expanding our offerings at Peak Interventions to include (a-la-carte) Nutritional Therapy Services to the entire family.
Given my previous work experiences, I have a profound dedication to nourishing and nurturing families to help build a more resilient next generation. As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I use different tools and techniques to create a personalized family nutritional and supplement plan designed with your unique needs in mind. This deep healing plan will nourish your family. We take a food first approach. I believe misguided dietary choices are a major contributor to the growing number of those dealing with fertility challenges, developmental challenges, and many of the chronic symptoms of fatigue we face today.
I also believe that successful therapeutic relationships are built on good faith and good rapport. Interested in supporting your family’s nutritional needs, book a no commitment call today.

What is Functional Nutritional Therapy?
It is a bio-individualized, holistic approach to healing, preparing and fueling your body. Weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations—such as digestion, blood sugar, fat utilization, hydration and vitamins/minerals—contribute to many greater physical ailments. Nutritional therapy corrects root imbalances and deficiencies through food and lifestyle changes specific to your needs.
Will I have to change the way I eat?
Yes. Diet is fundamental to any nutritional therapy program. I believe healing occurs within the body through properly prepared, nutrient-dense foods. Though we will also discuss lifestyle choices, sleep and stress, I can’t emphasize enough the critical importance of real, whole food as the primary source of nutrition. But, don’t worry: I don’t just prescribe an eating plan and send you on your way. We’ll also develop a strategy to turn your intentions into actions.
Who do you work with?
I prefer to work with the entire family when it comes to children with disabilities and their needs.Through a whole family approach we make lasting changes upstream at its core. When children see their parents modeling real whole food choices, feeling more energized, and having success. We see less behavioral struggles with food changes, and more motivation to make the changes. Plus, more energy, better sleep, and more vitality is a win for the entire family!
